MAXConnect is an innovative online platform designed to streamline your preparation for entering or re-entering the workforce.

As a centralised hub for digital servicing, MAXConnect offers a suite of tools and resources to assist you in your employment journey.

From enabling a customised support plan to crafting a standout resume, MAXConnect is your partner in navigating the path to employment success.

MAXConnect empowers you by providing:
  • Personalised Support Plans: Collaborate with your job coach through answering questionnaires to develop a tailored plan that addresses your unique needs and goals.

  • Resume Building Tools: Access intuitive tools to create a professional resume that highlights your skills and experiences.

Navigate to MAXConnect and select ‘Register’. You can register with your own credentials (username and password) or utilise an existing account like Apple, Microsoft, Google, Facebook or Linked In to sign-up, simply click the icon on the ‘Sign In’ page.

If you’re not sure whether you’ve registered before, chat to your Job Coach. They can check if your profile already exists and guide you through how to login or reset your password. 

Navigate to MAXConnect and select ‘Forgot your Password?’. After entering your email address, you’ll be guided through whether your account exists, and receive an email to set-up your new password.

MAXConnect user guide

  1. Log In: Access MAXConnect and log in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Your Profile: Click on your profile icon and select 'Edit Profile'.
  3. Update Information: Edit your personal details and ensure your contact information is up to date.
  4. Save Changes: Review your updates and click 'Save' to apply your changes.

  1. Access Questionnaires: From the dashboard, select 'Questionnaires'.
  2. Complete Questions: Answer each question honestly and thoroughly. These responses help in creating your customised support plan.
  3. Track Your Progress: A progress bar across the top of the questionnaire will track your progress through the questionnaire. 
  4. Submit Responses: After completing, submit your answers for review by your Job Coach.

  1. Access File Manager: From the dashboard, select ‘Files’.
  2. Upload Files: Select 'Upload Files' and choose documents from your device.
  3. Organise and Edit: Once uploaded, you can rename, move, or delete files as needed. You can also create and edit folders.
  4. Download: You can download files from your MAXConnect account straight to your device.
