Highlights for the year include:
Managing Director Deborah Homewood said the organisation was continuing to adapt to the changing dynamics created by COVID-19 and other challenges.
“Whilst employment services might be focused on the goal of finding employment, the path there is different for everybody. The support each person needs, the challenges faced along the way and the labour market environment mean that the experience of looking for and finding work is never the same,” said Deborah.
“As we emerge in 2022 with some sense of uncertainty about how the economy will shift, change and adapt, I’m confident in the resolve, adaptability and determination of our employees to be able to ensure we deliver on our vision to give every person, every chance.”
